Consumer order processing and delivery time
When we received your order, your products will leave our warehouse within 24 hours if they are in stock. In case your ordered products are out of stock, you will be notified immediately. We don’t ship during the weekends, and orders received on friday after 10:00GMT will be shipped on monday.
Your orders are delivered with the standard parcel service of POSTNL. Currently no express services are offered. The estimated transit time after the product has been shipped is dependent on your location:

Intercontinental shipments
Repusel does deliver outside Europe. Be reminded that the transit time can take up to 1 or 2 weeks before arrival of your package. The cost of delivery does not always cover local customs, taxes etc.

Cost of delivery
Cost of shipping and packaging depends on the amount you order.
The shopping program will calculate the cost of transport for you at the check-out according to the chart of “cost of transport” below.
In many cases it proves to be more economical to order several products at the same time.

Product that are out of stock
When it happens that your ordered product is temporarily out of stock, you will get notified by email. Next you can choose between removing the product form your order (to get a refund), to substitute it for another one, or to place it on hold till the product is available again. However, we attempt to minimize backorders and the time to deliver your order.
